Starting a programming youtube channel - any ideas?

Hey guys!

I've been thinking about starting a youtube channel about programming. However, I feel like, there are already lots and lots of channels, and it would be really hard to get started, and possibly reach a point where I could make some profits from it. Does anyone have any ideas for a channel?

My main passion is Python, and I've been getting into web development lately, so I would probably want to make some content connected to those.
