Starting a Real Estate Newsletter for new Investors

I just wanted to share a new project I am starting, especially those who are interesting in real estate investing. The People's Estate is a newsletter where the readers submit properties they would like us to breakdown and help analyze for them. We give insights, tips and advice on the properties so we hopefully can provide further insight on the deal. Next, we find a provide 3 Airbnb listings that are for sale currently, and breakdown their annual income, expenses and profit. Next, we break down a state's (randomly selected) highest performing cities in terms of Airbnb. What the avg. occupancy rates are, avg. nightly rate, total properties and growth. Finally, we aggregate some of the top real estate related articles from the past week and provide them to you.
