I'm starting a project which will help everyone - but especially vulnerable people like the elderly - learn about and avoid scams.
My plan is to start with a newsletter. This is well-trod territory and there is no shortage of firms like Mailchimp or Convertkit which can do this. But I would also like to include an interactive quiz/game with each newsletter to help reinforce the ideas and provide additional value. I spent some time on the pricing pages but it's still not clear to me whether or not hosted quizzes/polls/etc are supported by these newsletter services. If not, I'm happy to build the quiz on my website and direct traffic there; I assume there is a way to customize the link I embed in each newsletter email which would let me identify the user?

Having the opportunity to identify the user is a big advantage because then you will learn more about your customers. If your target audience is mostly older people be prepared to use creative ways of marketing to them because they are often not on the same plattforms as the younger generation.
