Starting a weekly mastermind group for new newsletters
Hey Indie Hackers! I recently took over editing for the Open Water Newsletter (10k opens) and am trying to learn how to boost growth and engagement.
It seems like a ton of people are getting in the newsletter game right now, why not learn from each other? I'm starting a weekly mastermind with 8-15 members where we can share what's working and hold each other accountable.

How did you get 10k subscribers with only 4 issues?
We have a bunch of issues on our old substack that we haven’t migrated yet. Also most of our new subs have come from events our accelerator team has run.
