Starting an email marketing business

I am new to the community, before I dive into my case I want to say that I am really glad to be here. I was surfing around but I never created an account before.
After I had this idea, I thought I can create an account and I am here. I developed an email marketing app with PHP.
I think I have created a successful product both in terms of user experience and technically. I originally thought of marketing it as open source for individual use, but I have been thinking about producing my own SaaS project for a while.
First of all, I want to target small businesses and websites instead of big ones. So instead of paying high fees to advanced products, I think I can create a more useful and affordable one for them.
What do you think about this? Is it a long shot or is there hope?
I think targeting small companies is always better as it takes less time and effort to make a sale. Large companies have cash, but their process is very slow and legals may even step in.
I find the email marketing market super crowded. See how many email marketing and analytics saas are out there. But the market is huge, everything is about ads and online marketing, big demand.
You already built the software, so of course launch it. Make an appealing landing page, and start promoting it. Good luck!
Than you very muck for you comment. You are right about everything you sad, after I finish the program I see people running mostly small e-commerce websites, blogs etc. looking for a smaller solution. This is all my motivation.
