Starting as an Indie Hacker with A VPC( Value proposition Canvas)

So, I have decided to start my little indie hacker journey and see how far I can get. The first step was to sort through all my ideas and create a priority list that will help me understand which Idea I am most passionate about. I come from a Marketing & Product background, so idea generation is not the issue, focus is.

So first step was writing down all my ideas and then, one by one create a Value Proposition Canvas for it.

Why would I start with a VPC? My goal is to understand the problem of the user. I do this by defining the idea and also the customer audience that I try to serve. A VPC encapsulated that by giving you a canvas for the product site but also for the customer site.

Once this is done, I implement it all into the Business model canvas and fill out the rest of the fields.
