Starting to build my personal brand - is there anything you would like to see?

So I just read this post from the IH newsletter: http://bit.ly/2tJrnGA (link from email just eats up the post so I used bitly) and wanted to get the same feedback.

What specifics do you think would be interesting?

I have a high-level goal of building an audience of 10,000 (no timeline) but other than that not a lot to go on.
