Starting to lose motivation
I've launched what I believe is a MVP, but I'm having trouble getting people to use it. I've talked to a few potential customers, and they seem excited, but they have not tried to use the product. How do I really validate that the idea is worth continuing?
Can you name 10 customers who you think should totally use your product?
Go talk to them. Ask them what they have done previously to solve problems like you are solving.
If they haven't tried solving it before, it is probably not that big of a problem for them. If they have, ask them what was hard about that and see if your product makes those hard issues easier.

my team imploded....IBM jacked up the price the of the Waston API...lost advertisers because project was not delivered on time..and of course family is pissed off because of so much time spent on the computer .

My first thought was you need to grow your potential customer base by introducing your product to a wider customer base ...if the potential users are not using the product..then they are NOT USERS....you have to find some who will
Dont think like a programmer...your an assassin..a hunter..where are the tracks..watering holes..game trails...nests and cubbyholes..?

Amezmo looks like a great user experience. It looks like you're competing with Laravel Forge so there's obviously a market for what you're doing.
Have you asked these customers what their hesitations are? Is it a stability thing? Is it a time thing? If it's the raw time of them migrating, then offer to do it for them via "Concierge onboarding".
I'm a PHP/laravel guy and definitely see the value in something like this as my time is valuable.
I would love to chat more about this.
