Startup creator ep1 - Breaking the comfort zone

I'm in my comfort zone. I realized that recently, as I talked with my other co-founder @antho1404 about our startup (Liteflow) communication issue. It's all started with a debate about our non-communication regarding the new features we recently released. We agreed that the problem was coming from being in our comfort zone. And it's true since I left France to expatriate myself in Thailande 4 years ago, I started to focus only on real-life interaction. No more social media, forum, sharing my experience except to the ones from my inner circle.

My journey as a startup creator is full of discovery, mistakes, and sometimes success (sometimes ^^). I'm learning new things every day, and that's something that could be shared. I think it could drive value, help, ideas to some of you, and by doing this, I really hope it will be the case.

I won't say I feel comfortable doing it right now. Mostly the opposite, but it's probably gonna be easier again after a few posts. As I am writing this one, I'm already doing the first step. But I would like to add a disclaimer, I'm not a good writer. So I think that could be a good exercise too for me to improve myself in this part.

I will first focus on sharing one or two times per week my startup journey (that's why this title). The things I encountered, the ones I'm working on, what I've learned, what I should improve, etc. That will be a good start to find subjects to talk about.

I will have to make a lot of effort to keep doing it every week, but I saw here that I'm not the only one pushing myself to publish regularly. That gives me motivation. And I'm sure by pressing this Submit button, I will have a great feeling after all.

So now (because this post starts to be really long), I will go back to my week goals: Simplifying the pricing and finalizing the new Design of our console. I will share what I learn from that in my next post.

By saying this publicly, I'm actually pushing myself to already think about doing it again. I think it's the right way for me the set a deal with myself; there will be a next post coming. And that's already an improvement which I'm proud of.
