What do you think about an app (and website?) where you can submit feedback for any company you can think of.
Think of it as Yelp, but feedback is not public and gets sent directly to the company.
An example:
You are are at a Starbucks and not happy with the cleanliness there.
So you open this app, it checks your location and it suggests Starbucks.
Now you add your comment, upload a photo (optional) and hit Send.
Starbucks now gets this feedback immediately.
Advantages for the user:
Advantage for the company:
How to make money?
Companies pay a monthly fee to get the feedback immediately via email.
That way they can reply to the user.
Companies that do not have an paid account, can not send a reply.
Nothing similar exists and I am not sure if this actually a good idea.
What do you think?
Looking forward to your honest comments. :)
Hey Josef,
Your idea is great, but I think the biggest problem that you will experience, is to convince people to use your app instead of the famous ones used today.
Thanks Elynad for your feedback!
You are right, that is definitely an issue.
I think the biggest advantage would be that it is anonymous.
Using the current options looks like this:
Personally I do not use social media to communicate with companies, as I do not want to give away too much information about myself.
So the goal would be to get users to use this app that otherwise would hold back from sharing their opinions.
Not easy, I know. :)
