Startup idea - An app to manage your car ownership

uncertainties with managing vehicle ownership/expenses and owning a car, several disparate sources of information exists which means that as a consumer I have to spend time to get things done and find out what is the best option.

How can we help car owners save money and de-risk their vehicle ownership experience take the hassle out of looking after your car, by providing a complete, affordable, end-to-end service

Solution
A single app/platform allows users to manage all maintenance/repair/finance/insurance expenses related to owning a car via a smartphone app, allows dealers to interact with their customers via chat and present sales and marketing offers. The app offers coupons/discounts and matches customers with service/garages/dealerships for service/parts/resale. It also offers tips and suggestions on how to save fuel by improving their driving.

The app gives you service reminders and is able to show average quotes/prices for service (standard service based on manufacturer's schedule)
manage your finance payments and service records help you easily resell car and provide tips on maximising resale value.
Give you tips on how you can change/fix small issues yourself (for the DIY enthusiast)
manage insurance renewals and any issues at time of accident

All of this exists separately/disconnected today, I am exploring if there is value in bringing them into a single app.
