I must be honest. This will not work. Too many tools are out there with 6-8 years of data to use.
I strongly disagree with this point. Valuations are dependent on live data. They need to be constantly changing to a variety of factors in the market.
The best valuation calculator will have the best new data on the market the most important component is distribution.
