Startup Idea: Audio alerts for podcast phrases
Problem: I have way too many podcasts in my library that I'd like to listen to but don't have the time. I'd love to use a tool that could ping me whenever a person, phrase or certain set of words is mentioned in the podcast world.
Solution: Picture email google alerts but for audio podcasts. You could sync it to name mentions, business models, brands etc. and this would validate if a small snippet of a podcast or an entire podcast is worth listening to.
Product Ideas: An example of this could be a chrome extension that syncs into your podcast library and delivers me a weekly report of podcasts that mentioned "FlyWheel Marketing Techniques" or "E-commerce Vancouver". Maybe I wanna invest more time into the crypto world and would like to be pinged with any podcasts mentioning XYZ coin or whenever Elon or Balajis speaks for 3 minutes about "crypto coins to look into".
Monetization:
- I think it'd be simple to have a freemium model with 2 mentions / week
- Then a paid model that could be tiered by 5, 10, 15 mentions or brands, CEO names
- Likely an easy way to monetize a community forum around these paid users as they'd likely all be type A, hyper focused learners that are always looking for more content, books and resources to explore
