Startup Mistakes that almost put Slidebean out of business

Funny I'm getting suggested SlideBean's videos recently too. Subscribed to them a week ago! Totally unrelated but @yongfook, had a quick question for ya.

I noticed BannerBear was received very well each time it launched on ProductHunt & I've tried to see if you had an interview somewhere in which you talked about the pre/post launch PH strategy, couldn't find anything.

We're gearing up to launch & would love to be pointed in the right direction on doing a Product Hunt launch if you don't mind.

This video popped up on my youtube feed. It's not often that I ever find any interesting startup content on youtube, but I liked this video! The founder talks about multiple pivots they went through, pricing changes, churn etc. I found it useful - just sharing!
