Startup with product and revenue looking for senior tech lead/product builder

My name is Jordan and I founded WXLLSPACE. We’re building a unique platform that is helping artists find more opportunities for murals and developers with artists who they normally would not meet.

So, let me share what I have - WXLLSPACE, a platform in the B2B space linking creators with real estate developers. It's been a fruitful journey so far, but now I need a wizard who can step in, seize control of our existing tech, and steer us toward growth.

Here's the intriguing part - we're pioneering a platform to connect artists with real estate developers. Our transactions aren't small - we're talking about a $30k average transaction size. My ambitions lie in bolstering our SEO structure - it wasn't built out as well as it could have been, and there are key elements we're missing. Additionally, I'm keen on integrating Stripe/Shopify for subscription revenue.

I am having a hard time finding a developer who WANTS to build this. Someone who is interested in creating something for communities around the world.

About me: I'm non-technical. With over 15 years of experience in real estate sales, I have a keen grasp of the market. I’ve built a few no-code projects. Was accepted into 3 accelerator programs and the product has been featured in 3 articles. I'm proficient in marketing, have above-average SEO skills and I hail from NYC, now based in ATL.

About you: Ideally a full-stack engineer. I'm on the hunt for someone with complementary skills - a builder who can turn ideas into reality at great speed. You're feedback-driven, you take action, and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty. Prior startup experience or having built your own products would be a major plus. I would love to partner with you if you are interested in our product.

I promise, whatever we build, I can get it in front of customers. I'm prepared to take the brunt of the rejection, keep pushing forward and share all my insights with you. The platform is user friendly and we need to clean up some loose ends and start implementing some new features.
