Startups don't fail because of technology

They fail because NOBODY cares.

Creating a fancy product is not enough to ensure that your startup, as a brand, succeeds in today's world.

People don't BUY brands, they JOIN brands.

And for that reason, they are standing with you for a life purpose.

Or a bigger vision.

Or shared beliefs.

You gotta find those people that share the same values as you do.

But HOW do you do it?

First, do you even know why you exist and why should people care?

What's the true purpose behind what you do?

Do you know your core values? What do you stand for?

What do you allow others to do or to be?

Answering these questions helps you communicate clearly to your customers and resonate with them.

Then, you gotta... CARE for your customers.

Sounds cliché, but it's the absolute truth.

It's not about you, it's about THEM.

  • Listen to them.
  • Engage with them.
  • Ask questions about them.
  • Help them.
    ... everything them.

Forget features for a moment.

Your customers are the hero of your brand.

Finally, you gotta keep building and reiterating upon those two things: purpose and customers.

Build your startup with these fundamentals for the early days.

To conclude...

It doesn't matter if you have the fanciest product and the biggest list of features... if you can't communicate it and resonate with the heroes of your brands: your CUSTOMERS.

Take care of your brand!
