State of remote in 2019: a report by YouTeam

In 2019, Remote was a buzz word becoming mainstream. Stripe has announced that their 5th work hub is remote. Buffer published a survey where all but 1% of respondents mentioned they hope to be working remotely some of the time in the next few years.

While talented people don't want to get attached to offices, companies still look to attract the best tech talent, and in 2020 they will have to expand their boundaries. Still, finding strong remote software engineers, especially for the first-timers, might be tough.
