Went ahead and entered my email. The email appeared but ended up in Spam. After clicking on link was taken to first two free chapters.
For me the biggest issue is that the free sample doesn't at all show what you'll learn later.
If you could add the names of the chapters later in the eBook that would be really helpful in making a purchase decision.
I also think adding the full table of contents to the main site could help others in making a buying or sampling decision.
