Steve Jobs - Customer Experience

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r2O5qKZlI50

Came across this video while googling "customer experienced". Been engulfing ridiculous amount of marketing/growth books/articles taking notes.

Figured I can probably share my insights to share with you guys all. Sometimes, everything makes sense theoretically nodding like you had enlightenment. But then you try to come up with something of your own suddenly you are lost in the woods.

Steve Jobs' customer experience video was one of those half-baked-enlightment-moments.

"You can please some of the people, some of the time.

But one of the hardest things when trying to affect change is that some people are right in some areas.

How does that vision fit in to a cohesive larger vision that is going to allow you to sell 8-10 billions of products a year.

You must start from customer experience and work back to the technology.

You can’t start with the technology and try to sell the product.

What incredible benefits can we give to the customer?
Where can we take the customer?"

Thoughts?

I think you're right that it's all about the customer. If you focus on them, it's much more likely that you'll succeed.
