Still using chatbots in 2020? What is the usecase that you look for in chatbots these days?

The mouse cursor changes to a clickable pointer on a lot of elements, but clicking them doesn't lead to anywhere. Found this to be very distracting.

Your product doesn't work on Firefox, is it? I was about to comment that you should be dog-fooding your own product, but then I opened it on Chrome, and saw that it's working.

Even after seeing it in action in Chrome, I'm still not sure how Videoform can be used to drive sales conversions. I understand the basic idea, but HOW do you craft a video that drives towards conversion in absence of a 2-way synchronous video call?
