Still wanted: tech co-founder or freelancer. Angular JS essential

Hey folks, my SaaS startup Maptio is ticking along around $1k MRR and I need help.

We've shipped a decent product and have around 16 paying customers mostly paying $50 or $99 per month. It's a mission-driven endeavour, helping companies who wish to organise without bosses and bureaucracy. See our product overview:

Sadly my tech co-founder could no longer bootstrap and took a full-time job. She's still doing essential support and maintenance. I had a false start with another co-founder (he also took a full-time job - bah!) and I really need help building out essential features to get us to product/market fit and then start scaling.

I'd ideally like a new tech co-founder for the long-term and would be happy to offer significant equity to a new partner who proves their ability and commitment. However, I will also consider freelancers who can work for part cash and part equity.

The most essential tech skills needed are Angular, D3, SVG, MongoDB, Node + Express. Angular is particular is a must-have as the learning curve will take too long if you're not familiar with it.
