Stop building — no one is waiting for your product

Something I’m starting to realize the hard way

No one is sitting around waiting for what you’re building

You can spend days improving features
Tweaking UI
Fixing edge cases

But if people don’t see it, it might as well not exist

That’s the uncomfortable part

Building feels productive
You can measure it
You can control it

Getting people to notice your product is different

It’s slower
Uncertain
And easy to ignore

But that’s the part that actually matters

Lately I’ve been thinking that building and distribution shouldn’t be separate

You shouldn’t wait until the product is “ready”

You should be figuring out how people will find it from day one

Curious how others think about this
