After 3yrs+ starting countless business in different industries...
Even though most were utter failures, and mild success,
I can finally say:
People complicate success in business, a lot.
That was my problem, which I realized late.
There are 2 ways to make money in business.
Get more customers.
Make more from old customers
Increase revenue from each customers by raising price
or by ascending them to a higher plan
(very hard in SaaS since it's been conditioned to be a 30-day cycle)
It's possible to know all this and still not achieve your goals.
The only reason I can think of is lack of consistency.
I suffered from it.
I was jumping from industry to industry...
Because of that,
I was starting from zero every, single, time!
No leverage...
And I forgot one of the most important rules in life...
Good things take time and compound interest is real.
Don't let this be you.
