Great point about the Germany example—language and cultural search intent can flip rankings too. I found that even within the same country, results for 'plumber' vary wildly between suburbs. How granular can your city-level spoofing go?
That's a great catch with the local search discrepancy. I've seen so many businesses optimize for their own city only to miss out on international traffic. Does your tool also account for things like Google's personalized search bubble, or is it purely location-based?
