Stop Reattaching Files. Start Sending Emails in One Click.

I’ve spent way too many hours in Gmail doing the same thing over and over: attaching the same files to recurring emails. Contracts, proposals, guides—you name it. Every time, it felt like I was wasting precious minutes on tasks that should be automatic.

That’s why I built Gmail Template with Attachment. It’s a simple Chrome extension that lets you save your Gmail emails with attachments—files, images, docs—so next time you just select your template and send. No reattaching, no copy-pasting, no frustration.

I made this for myself, but I realized it could help a lot of other people too:

  • Sales and marketing teams sending proposals or newsletters.

  • Support teams sharing guides and instructions.

  • HR and recruiters sending job descriptions, resumes, or offer letters.

  • Anyone who sends repetitive emails with attachments and wants to save time.

It’s small but powerful: saves you time, reduces mistakes, and keeps your workflow neat. I genuinely think it can make a boring, repetitive part of work way less painful.

If you’ve ever found yourself reattaching the same files again and again in Gmail, this extension is for you. I hope it saves you as much time as it saved me.

      Thanks!
