When I launch an AI tool I used to book three adrenaline mornings across TAAFT, FutureTools, and Toolify like they were Product Hunt. That was a mistake. Those sites are a catalog layer. They work better as one coverage pass, not three separate launch days where you sit refreshing nothing.
EarlyHunt is the AI-angled weekly Hunt board I run for the spotlight piece. Monday 8:00am UTC, seven days on the homepage, Free plus about $19 Premium the same way IndieHunt and SideHunt work. BLP Index puts EarlyHunt at 60. That is the room where hunters show up and I can answer questions for a week.
Then the directories: TAAFT at BLP 77, FutureTools at 71, Toolify at 72. High evergreen and AI-visibility scores. List once across that set as coverage. If there is a model or Space demo, Hugging Face (BLP 70) is the extra slot. On producthunt-alternatives.com the top alternatives skew Peerlist 79, Uneed 76, BetaList 76, Aura++ 75 and so on. Product Hunt is still the baseline people compare against. It is not automatically #1 on every alternative list.
So the AI checklist got simpler. One weekly hunt room for attention. One catalog sweep for discovery. Hugging Face only when the demo belongs there. I stopped pretending every form was a launch day. The BLP guide for AI products says the same thing in plainer words: EarlyHunt for humans hunting that week, TAAFT/FutureTools/Toolify as one GEO layer, not three trophies.
If you want the weekly AI room, EarlyHunt is where that experiment lives. Do you still treat the big AI directories as launches, or did you collapse them into one listing pass?
