Stop Using Email Like It's 2005

Pullsy exists because email quietly became the place where work goes to die.

My inbox isn’t “messages.” It’s decisions, follow ups, customer problems, invoices, intros, and a bunch of small tasks that are too important to ignore but too annoying to constantly context switch into. And the worst part is that email punishes you whether you’re a founder, an operator, or running support. If you reply slowly, you lose trust. If you reply fast, you lose time. Either way, you feel like you’re behind.

I built Pullsy because I got tired of spending mental energy sorting, searching, and rewriting the same replies. Not the hard parts of email, but the repetitive parts. Stuff that should not require my full attention every single day.

Pullsy’s job is simple: help you get back time and consistency. It categorizes incoming emails, drafts replies, and turns the messy inbox into something you can move through quickly, without sacrificing tone or quality. You still make the calls. Pullsy just removes the friction, the blank page, and the “where do I even start?” feeling.

Why does it exist? Because email is still the default communication layer for business, and most of us are using it like it’s 2005.
