Hi Indie Hackers! 👋
I’m Zoli, a solo founder from Hungary. I’ve spent a lot of time looking at logistics and noticed a recurring, expensive problem: businesses are constantly "shipping air." Whether it's half-empty containers or poorly packed pallets, the inefficiency is staggering.
To solve this, I built PackFlow (https://zolylabs.com/packflow/).
It’s a 3D load planning and space optimization tool designed to be professional yet accessible. My goal was to move away from the "subscription-heavy" SaaS model and offer a transparent, pay-per-use solution for SMEs and e-commerce brands who don't need another $100/month overhead.
The journey so far:
- Built the 3D engine to be fast and web-based.
- Focused on "Secondary Packaging" (palletization and container loading).
- Just got approved in the Packaging category on Gartner/Capterra!
I'm currently in the "feedback-hunting" phase. I'd love to hear your thoughts on:
1. Is the pay-per-use model (credits) appealing to you compared to subscriptions?
2. How does the landing page feel for a logistics tool?
Looking forward to connecting with you all!
