Stopping the waste of money on all my subscriptions

Had a Christmas review of all the recurring charges on my business credit card, and found I had a load of subscriptions I hadn't touched for 6+ months (£200/m+), so I went looking for a super simple tool I could use to easily track them all without having to just dump them in a spreadsheet.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find one, so I started building one last week. I've just launched a landing page to collect pre-launch sign-ups.

If this tool sounds useful feel free to sign-up and try it out for free when I finish the build in a few week's time.

Thanks!

Hey Akshit - it is very similar, and I must admit I hadn't come across them in my initial search. Day one the app would look similar but would hope to diversify features based on user feedback to provide an enterprise-level tool for compliance and cost management. I'd also like to build in some features around an employee app directory.

If it sounds of interest, I'd love you to sign up as a Beta user and see where this takes us.

I think the biggest issue as a business isn't necessarily tracking them leaving your bank account (that's just a look down our bank statement) it's tracking what's being used.

In a team of 10 or so, I can't count the amount of times I've posted in Slack "Are we still using X?". If you could somehow solve that, then I'd definitely consider it!

That's a really good problem to solve. We've added in the ability to track the employee users that you have given access to each subscription, so we know who is using what.

Would something like a monthly/bi-monthly email to each user reminding them of what accounts they have, and then an option to mark any that they don't use anymore?

Would love to get something like this in as a fast-follow after launch. If you sign-up for beta access, we'll let you know when we roll out new features like this.

      Thanks - Max

Thanks for the comment f5! You're right, and I also found lots of different B2C ones, but none that were focused on Business services and subscriptions.

As I build it out, the focus is on SME looking to track subscriptions, contract renewals, managing user licences and user onboarding.

Would be interested in your thoughts, and any suggestions on how to make the messaging clearer on the landing page.
