Congrats on reaching 100+ users! Hitting triple digits is a great milestone, but it doesn’t mean you’ve achieved product-market fit yet. Keep a close eye on retention and engagement to make sure those early adopters stick around. Be careful not to spread yourselves too thin with new features; double down on the core value that brought your first 100 users and keep shipping improvements based on their feedback.
