Strategies for promoting a price change?

We recently introduced a free tier to our product for making it more accessible. However, surprisingly enough, we're finding it difficult to gain traction and promote our platform.
Would appreciate any tips/strategies for effectively promoting a change in pricing/ introduction of a free tier.

Maybe try promoting it as a paid tier „but here you can have a limited promo code to make it free“ 🤷♂️

Consider adding a "Limited offer" using some FOMO to let them know that the free plan will not be there forever. If you want to keep the free plan forever (which is not an optimal idea) try to give them some incentive in order to sign up. Hope that helped. I you need anything else do not hesitate to contact me.
