Stripe Atlas Forums: How helpful have you found them?

Anyone on Stripe Atlas forums? Given that Stripe owns Indie Hackers, appreciate it very much if some Stripe members here can comment on:

1. Activity Level: How active the Atlas forums are - roughly how many members are there and how active are the forums? How many daily or weekly posts?
2. Quality of discussion: Do they tend more toward business or toward tech, or roughly even?
3. Helpfulness of the members: Are members regularly trying to help other members by answering questions, sharing advice, etc.?
