Stripe Checkout vs Gumroad?

Hi hackers,

Has anyone integrate the new Stripe Checkout? I did not find enough information on their website to know if it can be used to sell digital product like Gumroad or if it is just a payment processing service. It could compete Gumroad then.

Anyone advice about theses services?

I'm a software engineer and I'm about to launch my first (digital) product / side-project. You can follow the journey on my twitter

    Hey Cyril! From building Checkout Page I have some domain knowledge about the payment processing services out there.

    Stripe Checkout currently doesn't offer a way to sell digital products. You could use it to process payments and build your own download portal, but it's not available out of the box.

    My product Checkout Page supports digital downloads, and uses Stripe to process payments. Feel free to ping me if you'd like to give it a shot.
