Stripe Connect: Accepting payments and paying out creators, legal Troubles?

Hey,

We're building a Podcast Hosting Service where users will be able to charge their listeners Monthly donations/Subscriptions for premium content. Similar to Patreon.

What could be the legal troubles caused by this? I had a look at this - https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=19316728 but not sure, has anyone made a similar service before?
