Stripe Payment Page aesthetics?

Our Payment Page (using Stripe) looks ugly, and because of that, kind of sketchy. I'm not sure I'd trust us if I were a shopper who wanted to buy our service.

Anyone have any templates or suggestions for making this look professional --fast?

I've wasted way more time than I meant to "fiddling" with this, trying to make it look respectable.

I'm willing to spend a few bucks for quick help if someone has this down.
