Struct-ure/kg: a self-contained knowledge graph of tech skills and IT stuff; managed with git

Hi IH,

I recently open-sourced a knowledge graph of tech skills and IT stuff that I've been working on for about a year.

It's self-contained in a Docker image. I'm thinking it might be useful for projects dealing with hiring, HR, etc.—anywhere that having structured knowledge of IT stuff could be useful.
