Struggling to find your first users? Try out this experimental approach

We have all been at various frustrating stages of building a product. Stuck at an MVP, stuck trying to get the first paying user, stuck trying to be profitable, stuck trying to grow. I'm trying out an experiment where we, a small community of founders dog feed each other's products and help it grow. There might be tonnes of communities that mostly become paid walls or die out. I'm trying to avoid this by being small and self sustainable and not collecting a fee. Think of it as a small family where you would help each other out, be the first users and try to help each other as much.
