Struggling with Procrastination as a Startup

I've been working with the beta users for my current project and I've noticed that many of my users are trying to start a new business but they just keep procrastinating on their launch.

Do you guys also feel like you procrastinate on launching your project? If so, how do you keep yourself on track?
