Hi Indie Hackers π
I'd love some actionable tips/feedback on my landing page. My biggest struggle has been the copy. I'm not sure the way I'm wording the benefits on the landing page make 100% sense.
DetailersGrowth.com is an online marketing course for auto detailers to learn how to get and keep customers. Some of the benefits I'm looking to better showcase are:
- Not needing to hire an expensive marketing company when they can take my course, and learn it themselves.
- Learning how to market and sell their services online to become self-reliant
- Run ads that are more likely to convert
- How to dial in their messaging for their detailing business. A lot of auto detailers tend to run ads that don't focus on how the customer will benefit from their services and instead run ads that look spammy and are easy to ignore.
You insights would greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Youβre asking the right question. For this page, Iβd simplify around one promise for one audience, then make proof and CTA do the heavy lifting.
Quick structure that usually converts better:
If useful, I can do a fast $1 teardown with exact line edits for hero, bullets, and CTA so you can test today: https://roastmysite.io/go.php?src=ih_copyhelp_detailers_20260330_1145_hv
It looks like you've pivoted from a course to a marketing service. Is that correct?
If you are still running a course your current messaging is very mixed and confusing.
The points you listed above could have been a reasonable starting point for your course benefits. I'd have suggested you start from those and also shorted the current title to something like:
More repeat customers at half the cost!
Learn how to find and retain more customers without needing to pay an entire marketing department.
Using DetailersGrowth you'll learn the fundamentals of how to market your car detailing services to:

This doesn't really answer your question as far as copy goes, but might I suggest throwing an image of a nice, fresh looking car on your website? Something attention grabbing? Took me longer than it should to realize that you're talking about vehicle detailing.
