Struggling with UX copywriting
Hey all!
I'm currently working on the text for our user interface, but I'm having a hard time finding the right resources and tools to improve my UX writing.
Here's how our team tackles this: Our UI designer drafts all the labels for buttons, menu items, placeholders, error messages, and alerts in Figma. They then pass it over to me for rewriting and proofreading. Once I'm done, I extract the copies and store them in our Notion database for the front-end developers. They'll eventually export it for i18n purposes.
As our database keeps growing, I've noticed that it's taking forever for Notion to load the page. If any of you have some tips on how you handle UX writing or any recommended tools for crafting better copies, I'd be super grateful to hear about them.

Consider looking into a headless CMS and specifically filter for internationalisation support if that's important to you.
Notion is a great tool but I wouldn't consider it a production ready CMS especially considering the performance issues you described

Don't use Notion if its just simple text, a spreadsheet might be better!
