Stuck at $0 MRR? I’ll help a few startups get their first sales for free

Marketing + selling changed a lot in the last few years — and the AI era accelerated it. The market is crowded, attention is scarce, and “more posts” doesn’t equal more customers anymore.

What I’m offering (0 → first sales)

I’m Alex — IT enthusiast, coder, product manager, and serial founder (25+ years).

I’m selecting a small batch of early-stage startups for a free 90-Days Growth Challenge focused on getting you to your first real sales through sustainable organic growth.

We’ll work on:

• Thought Leadership (clear POV + trust)
• Content Marketing (compounding system, not random posting)
• SMM / Distribution (reach the right people consistently)
• SEO + GEO (search + “AI discovery”)

...and whatever blocks conversion (offer, messaging, landing page, onboarding)

Expectation: you have a product to sell and can dedicate ~60 minutes/day on average.

Why am I doing this?

Two reasons, and I’ll be transparent:

You get results: first paying users (or at least a predictable pipeline).

I get results: this is research for me — I’m refining my own products + workflows that help startups build organic growth channels using AI.

And importantly: I’m specifically optimizing for organic, because paid ads keep getting more expensive and are often not affordable for early-stage startups. The goal is a repeatable system you can keep running after the 90 days.

No tricks / no funnel / no upsell

Because it’s fair to ask:

• No payment required for the 90-day challenge.
• No hidden “strategy call” that turns into a pitch.
• No bait-and-switch.

My only limit is time, so I’ll choose a few startups to work with closely. If you’re not selected, I’ll still send feedback within 2 weeks, and you can ask follow-up questions based on that feedback.
