I wanted to make long-form articles without having to spend a bunch of time actually writing the articles. I tried stuff like Jasper / Copy.ai and other AI tools to generate long-form articles but none were satisfactory.
So I made a SaaS that solves my own problem of wanting to generate blog content, without having to spend a ton of time writing out each blog post.
Not sure if I'm thinking of this properly, but my target market is basically 1 of 2 avatars:
Here's some strategies I've tried.
The main problems I'm running into nowadays are twofold:
I say "consistent" bloggers because I've had customers that write maybe 6 or so articles with my AI and then post it on their blog (I stalk them via their @domain.com signup) but then they just stop posting blogs in general and so have no need for my tool. And thus they churn.
Not sure if anyone here writes blogs consistently and have things that are missing in current AI tools that is a blind spot for me.
Likewise, would love any suggestions on how to target my avatars (SEO agencies / consistent bloggers). My ideal is just organic targeting, and then once I hit $1K MRR turn on the ads.
You're in a crowded space and your website doesn't immediately show the value that you bring compared to the competitors. Also, your website UI feels a bit outdated, it could use a nice makeover.
You can try:
Those initial few customers are always the hardest. Keep up the good work :)

Much better! I would still advise you to bring on someone with UX and marketing experience. Seems like your product is great, but just needs that initial traction to start.
