Subscriber Swap - community for newsletter growth

hey there 👋 growing a newsletter is really hard. I've found that out first hand.

To try make it easier, I'm planning to launch a community to connect newsletter creators and podcasters with other creators for cross promotion.

It's always one of the main growth tips we're given, but personally I've found it really hard to find others with a similar size audience to me (seeing as numbers aren't public).
