Subscribing to a Digital Jackpot?

I had this funny idea for a newsletter...

You start by subscribing. Then, once a day, one subscriber will be chosen at random, they will get to promtoe whatever they like (*rules).

I know it's a bit of a gimmick, but I thought it might be a fun side project.
