Suggest any "Screen interaction to Gif " conversion tool?

Can you suggest any online/download(for windows) tool that allows me to browse a website for some time(while recording my actions) and then convert it into a GIF?

1. It must support a min of 30 secs screen capture and convert it into a high-quality GIF.
2. Would be great, if there will be no watermark.
3. I intend to use it for sending such GIFs in email or embed in website.
