Suggest best alternatives for Stripe. Can't create new Stripe account.

Due to unknown reason, new Stripe account verifications are indefinitely pending in India.

So we are forced to move to other Payment Gateway providers.

I heard about Paddle and Lemon Squeezy. Which one of these is better for handling international SaaS subscriptions in both recurring and pay per use modes.

Or are there any other better alternatives?
