Suggested reads for database design? (Multi-tenant schemas and billing)

Even if not needed now, I'd like to have my user(s) belong to certain orgs/teams. This means that billing is attached to the org, allowing for B2BC pivot if needed.

I was wondering if there are any interesting reads about suggested schemas, known pitfalls, and others.

+1, I too would like to know more about this.

We solved this by coming up with our own solution. This meant extending the model by adding Organization to it and orienting everything around that org, also the billing of course.

Most libraries I know (or at least, that were relevant to us) are based on a B2C use case, not B2B. And if it is B2B it is (my experience) super enterprise-y and hard to tackle if you are not a well funded, well staffed team.
