Suite/Tools used to test/build -- to get to rev

Hi.

Putting together a "list" of tools/apps/processes used by the single dev/team, to get an idea from/through initial testing, cust acquisition, feedback loop, testing, release..

What do you use, what would you like to use if you could?
Do you have a set of tools that you turn to for projects?

The person doing the bakery, doesn't rebuild an over each time she tries new recipes!!

etc..

looking for the "repeatable" stuff that would probably make building new projects easier/more consistent/faster, less prone to screwup..
