I built Sumvid to save time when watching online videos. I often found myself spending 45–60 minutes on tutorials or lectures just to get the main ideas.
Sumvid is a Chrome extension that uses AI to generate quick video summaries — a 60-minute lecture can become a 1-minute overview. You can adjust summary length, choose the tone, and even translate it.
Motivation:
I wanted a way to make learning and content consumption smarter, faster, and more focused for students, creators, and professionals.
