• EPIC:
  1. Completed my first Epic on IndieHackers! I launched Envoy
  2. Schedule a discovery call w/ a VoIP startup for this week.
  3. Book a follow-up w/ supply chain startup for this week.
  4. The first time I launched a project and didn't get "I don't understand? What do you do?". Thank you, Jesus! 🙏🏾
• Customer Interviews: Didn't do Only did 1 interview this week. It was definitely a maker week with the launch. I'll resume back to scheduling interviews this week.
• Feedback: Feedback, questions, and objections regarding my pitch, value prop, operations, and pricing has begun to roll in.

LESSONS

• ME: Learning how to edit down. Wrote too much. Ended up splitting the copy into a sales sheet and a landing page. Still had to delete stuff 😂
• CUSTOMERS: Surprised that a lot of them wanted to know more about the inner workings aka the operations.

NEXT

• Talk to folks! Ask for interviews and feedback until the information starts to repeat itself.
